ARC Review Policy
Signing up for our Advance Reader Copy (ARC) opportunities list, doesn’t guarantee you’ll receive ARCs - availability is limited, and we appreciate your understanding.

How We Pick Reviewers
We look for readers with a strong track record of engaging with an author or genre, plus an active, public social media presence with an engaged reader community. (Follower counts aren’t the whole story.)

Staying in the Loop
We’ll share review opportunities via email and/or social media. Got your eye on a specific book? Let us know—we love to hear from passionate readers!

Receiving Your ARC
If selected, your ARC will arrive via a BookFunnel link or by email, unless we specify otherwise.

A Note on Copyright
The author’s work is protected, so please don’t reproduce or share the ARC file with anyone. It’s just for your review, unless the author or their rep says it’s okay.

Writing Your Review
Keep spoilers out (or give a heads-up if you can’t resist!) to preserve the magic for your fellow readers.
Sharing your review on Goodreads and Amazon is another way that you can support the author.
Posting Timelines
We’ll share posting timings for each book, tailored to the author’s needs. You’ll always get at least two weeks’ notice.
After Your Review
We might reach out to you for social media insights post-review - the choice of metrics will vary by book and author. This would be flagged in advance of receipt of ARC if required.
A Quick Heads-Up - paid partnerships
While paid partnerships might pop up in book campaigns, ARC reviews specifically, are a labour of love - no cash fees here.
